Zoë has a background in product development, project management and strategic management for charities and publishers in the UK and Australia. She loves to create new products and is fascinated by User Interface Design for the iPad and iPhone. Zoë is also inspired by the challenge of new start-ups, particularly the process from ideation to implementation to scaling up.

Andrew has a background in developing software to technical architect level in the UK, US and Australia for investment banks, defence and aerospace, and the transport industries. He likes to challenge everyone and everything, to ensure rational thought is behind all software design and development.
A staunch supporter of the agile philosophy, with a particular love of pair programming, test driven development, and reflecting on how teams work.
